“I have been with City Insurance for more years than I care to remember. They have never let me down. Although initially disappointed when the Salisbury Branch closed. This company have never let me down online or on the telephone with their responses and sound advice.”

“wanted to deal with a human and not the awful online via comparison websites.Ryan Clarke who I dealt with as clear and easy and made it seem personal as anyone I've ever dealt with on car insurance and was great at using common sense- which so many do not use these days.”

“As a loyal customer over 10 years, i accumulated 9 years no claims, i was never offered the option to protect these no claims. i was not advised ever on how many years i had accumulated. hence when i had an accident, i lost six years. Not a great service !”

“Rated 1 out of 5 stars Avoid them I cancelled my insurance… Avoid them I cancelled my insurance yesterday I had a balance of £272 the person I spoke with he said you only have £98 then I said I'm not happy with this figure and sound unfair. Then he returned told me its actually £146.90 They are Rip-offs be careful. Imagine if I was accepting £98 their system had no problem. Also imagine they did this to how many customers each day. -0 star”

“Very impressed with the way in which my applicationb for Insurance was dealt with. I will be looking to place further business with you in November when main car is due for cover. I felt that the geentleman who dealt with me and spoke on the phone was absolutrely in tune with what was needed and I thank him.”

“City Insurance started off well when they came up on the search engine site, but unfortunately fell extremely short when it came to purchasing the product and the price had risen by a considerable amount from the quote, not as much as others I may add but still misleading customers!”
