No dispatch email received, nothing to say order was ready to collect. It took me 3 days to chase my order. Not happy with the service at all.

The item was late being sent. I had to chase this up. Then whilst waiting it was discounted. Then I was offered the difference in price as a refund. That never happened. I had to chase it up so I complained and heard nothing and had to chase that up. Lovely watch but an awful customer experience. I wouldn't buy from you again or recommend you to anyone.

I bought a bracelet as a gift and it was too big, the size is not obvious in the description (I still can’t find it). The response was fast but unfortunately not very helpful, the return period is too short, especially given the current environment. I was advised now the shops are open this period is shorter however there are not many shops and none near me to return it. Expensive gift that can not be worn!

Wrong watch received and had to return the watch before they would send the correct watch. Then hope it arrived in time for my daughters 40th birthday as it was a gift. No compensation offered not much in way of an apology almost made to feel it was a total inconvenience to them. The watch sent actually cost a lot more than the one I ordered but no recognition of my honesty in contacting them to have it swapped for the one ordered. Will not be buying from the main again

Watch arrived like a dogs dinner and then no response for a long time once I returned. Lots of Emails and phone calls later and increased areas levels trying to get a return processed! Awful

£1600 rado watch broke (bezel came of within 4 months aswell as its never kept correct time .. stay clear ... I have been refused a refund and a credit note as after 30 days !!! So only option is to send it back for a repair ... shocking service for a timepiece of this price ... not happy

I bought a Gucci watch from these people and sent it back a month ago as it became discoloured just a short while after purchase. And now it is nowhere to be seen. After many calls and emails chasing for an update. The responsibility has been put on to Gucci apparently. I've been told that it could take another 8 weeks for me to even contemplate seeing my watch again. Disgraceful.

An awful experience so far. It appears I was sent the oris watch already commented on in other reviews. It was returned over two weeks ago and has not even been acknowledged. All I received to numerous emails was “we are busy, give us 14 days” type response. I’ve now had to escalate to Paypal for help as they have my money and the watch.

First set of earrings were damaged & had “gunk” on them indicating second hand. They were returned, but the replacements took ages to arrive. Constant calls, emails & messages were ignored and wasted my time. Earrings arrived late for wife’s birthday as a result. Not impressed.

Ordered an eternity ring as a surprise present for my wife then 1) Asked for Size P, had email confirming size 2) I requested delivery to my daughters address. So what happens? They send me a Size O and deliver it to my home address so my wife sees it!! Plus on seeing the ring it bore very little resemblance to the ring on the website i.e. the photograph gave the impression of a much more robust item whereas the real thing looked so flimsy and pathetic - definitely not worth the money. I then rang the Customer services to complain and cancel the order, and when I eventually got to speak to someone I was asked to return the ring for a full refund plus the cost of postage. This I did and the ring was received on the 22nd November (I have proof) and as of this evening (5th December) no refund has been made. All in all, my experience with Chisholm Hunter has been an unmitigated disaster

Would never use these again ! Ordered watch only to be told that no longer available then picked an alternative which never came. There explanation was damaged in transit !! Lame excuse

I spoke with a man named Patrick who was very helpful over the multiple times I needed to speak to you. To begin with I ordered a watch and it took the money but was actually sold out. Tried this again with another watch but was sold out again and then eventually when I did order a watch you sent me the wrong watch. After that I spent 8.50 to send it back on the 9th a November but am still waiting on a refund as to be honest 14 days for a refund is absolutely ridiculous.

Hi Mr Hetherington, I would like to thank you for your service and apologise for the issues you have experienced with your order. Our stock system has had an error over the last couple of weeks and unfortunately some items that were out of stock became available on our site. This has been coupled with an error in our dispatch office where the wrong watch was posted out to you, I have raised an investigation with our Dispatch Manager into how this happened.
