“The order system was good but as I had to change the delivery address and card details it was a bit clunky and I could not get back to fix it on screen and had to phone/email. The Items when they arrived were a bit of a disappointment as they turned out to be CUPS not MUGS as we (my wife and I) had thought. There was no scale and no size. We shall keep them as we have a large collection of the china.”
