“I dropped a plate on the Sunday, found China Village on the Monday who thankfully had a replacement, placed an order and received the replacement on the Friday, plenty of packaging to keep the plate safe, perfect, would definitely use again if l had to and have already recommended China Village to others.”

“Prompt and accurate delivery. I have no idea how the customs stuff is supposed to be handled. Some info on that would have been helpful. I received an envelope of documents and no idea what to do with them. If it comes back to bite me in the rear, I would take off a star or two. Stickers on the face of the plates did not peel off neatly, but soaking took the mastic off, thankfully.”

“Overall very good service and ordering although when we tries to order 4 excellent plates which the site indicated were available we were restricted to 2. My wife tries to order another 2 but it came up as out of stock so we had to opt for 'good '. Plates arrived extremely well packaged and protected. Would recommend to others but warn about ordering and not clear info about quantity availability.”
