Helpful Report

“Prompt and accurate delivery. I have no idea how the customs stuff is supposed to be handled. Some info on that would have been helpful. I received an envelope of documents and no idea what to do with them. If it comes back to bite me in the rear, I would take off a star or two. Stickers on the face of the plates did not peel off neatly, but soaking took the mastic off, thankfully.”

Helpful Report

“Lovely Medici China to add to my collection, and replacing some broken items”

Helpful Report

“Delivery and packaging were excellent, but I felt the quality of the 3 plates I received indicated they were seconds. Eg scratches on the glaze of two and painting on the rim not clean lines”

Helpful Report

“All delivered safely very well packaged. Thank you”

Helpful Report

“I ordered three plates from my wedge wood connection A little expensive I thought but they were almost perfect and arrived quickly”

Helpful Report

“Overall very good service and ordering although when we tries to order 4 excellent plates which the site indicated were available we were restricted to 2. My wife tries to order another 2 but it came up as out of stock so we had to opt for 'good '. Plates arrived extremely well packaged and protected. Would recommend to others but warn about ordering and not clear info about quantity availability.”
