Overall very good service and ordering although when we tries to order 4 excellent plates which the site indicated were available we were restricted to 2. My wife tries to order another 2 but it came up as out of stock so we had to opt for 'good '. Plates arrived extremely well packaged and protected. Would recommend to others but warn about ordering and not clear info about quantity availability.
