“The process of ordering was straightforward. The delivery was made quickly. The actual purchase was just what we wanted and I've been able to replace a cracked plate from the dinner service we received as a wedding gift in 1968! I was also delighted with the way it was packaged - good old fashioned newspaper - lots of it - in a recycled crisp carton. Not a bit of plastic in sight! Thank you so much!”
