“I had ordered some china just before Christmas 2019 to add to my collection but there were no cereal bowls available. However, the China Village website enabled me to give details and when some came in they made me aware. I received an email this July saying they were in stock, I ordered and within a couple of days I had my cereal bowls! Great service.”

“An excellent service from start to finish; it can't be faulted. Valuable to customers who are especially fond of Mason's chinaware, as I am. The online ordering process is user-friendly, and the items are sent in ultra-secure packaging. Without question, ten out of 10.”

“My parcel arrived safely this morning. Thank you. It’s the third time I have bought from you and I am always delighted with how everything arrives in prefect condition. Thank you......”

“I’m very happy with my purchase. I received it today and all is good. What I’m not happy with is after paying 40 pounds for shipping, I was charged another c.o.d. of $16.73 Canadian funds upon arrival. It is very debatable wether I will deal with your company in the future. Shipping charges outweigh the item. Thank you. Mariann”

“pleasantly pleased with prompt and well packed delivery to Spain within 2 weeks My Royal Doulton dinner service means a lot to me as it was collected by my late mother in law as a gift The plates and bowls to complete broken items over the 30 odd years of ownership means I can host for dinner guests again Thank you”

“Brilliant service. Now have full tea, coffee and dinner services to give to my daughter for her 50th birthday made up to 8 place settings, after being told by another company that it was not a popular design and not worth anything. Highly recommended.”
