“I love Cheerful Soles ,always helpful & kind . I buy the Alegria shoes which are so comfortable & pretty . Have just bought some black short boots & am very pleased with them . The shoes are semi rockers so supports the instep . The only shoes I can wear .”

“I have purchased several pairs of shoes/boots over the past few years. On occasion I have had to return. Both processes were simple and effective. The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful resulting in each case of returned shoes/boots being followed by a perfect pair being bought. Quite remarkable - in my opinion - for an online business to achieve.”

“I never expected the shoes to ve so comfortable as I gave Mormons neuroma and arthritis but they are so good. Will get some when you get some more stock in.”

“Shoes came quickly. Unfortunately the were not a good fit for me. It was a shame as I really liked the shoes. Good quality and price. Returned shoes and received refund within a couple of day's through my payment method. Highly recommend using this company.”

“I’m delighted with my shoes which are exactly what I’d expected. I was a little anxious prior to arrival as the delivery company you use doesn’t have a great reputation for accuracy. However, mine arrived on time and to my address.”

“I never give five stars so these four mean that my experience with Cheerful Soles was very good. A question I had was quickly and effectively answered, the item arrived in a very timely manner and my refund was applied in what seemed like record time. My only quibble was that I had to pay for return shipping but that is clearly stated on the site and it's only that so many places offer free returns that this seemed a little out of step (pun acknowledged). I have no trouble recommending them to anyone.”
