“Ordered sandals which, unfortunately, were not suitable for me. Arranged a return and had a very quick refund plus an email with suggestions of others which may be more suitable. great customer service.”

“I'm pleased with my sandals and the experience from cheerful soles but unfortunately not with the delivery person which I know may not be anything to do with cheerful soles. I requested the sandals to be left in my front porch but they were just chucked over my back fence. The delivery person didn't know if there was anything fragile in the package. Of course the sandals were not damaged but it's the principal.”

“Although I had to return the sandals because my feet are excessively wide, the service received from Cheerful Soles was very good, they are friendly and helpful, and it feels as though you are important to them. I would have no hesitation in recommending their shop.”

“Found the uncommon size I needed, in the Panama Jack brand, despite the Brexit restrictions. Great service, very speedy delivery. A good buy, comfortable boots at first wear, as I find often with Panama Jacks. Now I know where to look when my boots & shoes need replacing.”

“The servise very good. Received in Israel in about 10 days since the order. Bought a new Sven dark blue joya shoes. The new Nuvola sole not as soft as Senso sole and therefore not soft enough for my metatarsal pain (personaly to me). The shoes though are very nice beautifully made. Will be looking for right insole. Will buy again from cheerfull soles in the future”
