“I have always found staff at Charles Clinkard Nottingham very welcoming & helpful. Yesterday I needed extra help because for a painful sole issue. Yvette (the manager) & Liahna spent a long time helping to choose the correct style of shoes to help with the condition. Yvette seemed very knowledgeable about foot issues & was able to pinpoint the exact reason for my pain.”

“Staff at Charles Clinkard (outlet at Cribbs Causeway, Bristol) were most helpful when I returned shoes for a larger size. Finding they had none in stock of the required size the very pleasant and efficient assitants in the shop immediately ordered me another pair which was delivered to my home two days later.
