“Excellent mail order service BUT neither of the two pairs of shoes I ordered fitted and were not in stock at my local branch. I have returned the shoes, but don't want you to send alternative sizes since I feeel this is such a waste of resources in packing, transport, return processes. MAIL ORDER is really against my principles - perhaps more suitable for those living far from shops. I do have a local store and will have to depend on what they have in future.”
