“Excellent service in store with a wonderful sales assistant who was kind,courteous and went out of her way to help me find the right sandals for my holiday. Long may the shop stay in Newbury. Always try to buy my shoes from the store and know that if my size isn't available, your ordering service is spot on. I got my last purchase via this method andd the sandals came within a day or two, just in time for my holiday. Thank you all so much.”

“Outstanding service from Helen at your Warwick branch. I require bulky orthotics in both shoes and have serious back problems and as a result find slip on shoes easiest to wear. Unfortunately the orthotics rule out many styles. Helen went out of her way to find a pair that fitted the bill and what's more were in the sale! The store was very busy with youngsters being fitted for new school shoes yet she still managed to provide me with excellent customer service with a smile.”

“I ordered a pair of Ravel tan suede cowboy boots and sized up, because these are a narrow style. Unfortunately they are way too big, so I shalll have to return thyem - but have plenty of time. Should have stuck to my true size. :( But the boots are good quality and arrived well packed. It's just a pity that the Charles Clinkard shop in Lincoln closed some years ago, as I loved their brands.”
