“First time I have used this company and, unfortunately, it was a pair of 'Buggati' boots that arrived with a split seam. Not saying this is Clinkard's fault, but maybe they need to quality control these supposedly 'quality' items of footwear. Still awaiting refund after return of items. Unlikely to use them again.”

“The company clearly cares about the service it wants to give to its customers. The order and delivery process was excellent and the bag came nicely presented. However the bag's clasp was scratched and the chain clunky and cheap looking, whilst the bag itself felt nice quality leather. Returned on this occasion but I will be back.”
