“Ordered a pair of Gabor Bellini boots in my usual size 5. I had difficulty getting them on because as you put your foot in, the inside of the boot strangely bends in on itself under your foot. Once I had figured this out, I can now get them on with no trouble. They are comfortable and smart, and the black suede is lovely. They make my feet look neat. Please be aware that the heel of the boot is quite stiff, but gives good support. I would say the boots are a narrow fit, not suitable for wider feet, and the lovely chain detail at the back has no 'give room'. I had contemplated getting a half size up, but I think the heel would be a looser fitting and would rub. I have bought a lot of Gabor footwear over the years, and would highly recommend them. I was disappointed with the box they came in. The top looked like it had done three rounds and a submission in a wrestling ring. I like to keep my boots in the box they came in, but not possible in this case as the top was as flat as a pancake!!”

“This is the only place where I can find beautiful ankle boots to suit my wide, flat but small feet -size 36 UK. My last pair of Gabor burgundy leather ones lasted about ten years. I was delighted to be able to replace them with an almost identical pair after so long. At my age (long retired) this is just Brilliant!”

“Shoes are OK but the buckles are fiddly and suede definitely not durable. I had to put insoles in as not really any cushioning under foot. I'm happy to pay for quality shoes but these aren't worth it. First time purchase of Gabor and Charles Clinkard so disappointed and won't be returning.”
