“Shoes are OK but the buckles are fiddly and suede definitely not durable. I had to put insoles in as not really any cushioning under foot. I'm happy to pay for quality shoes but these aren't worth it. First time purchase of Gabor and Charles Clinkard so disappointed and won't be returning.”

“I love that Charles Clinkard stocks Gabor, they are the most comfortable boots, and this got me through the door in York. The charming, charming sales advisor (I really should have got his name), sold me two pairs of boots and it was a joyful shopping experience! My size was unavailable in store and he very efficiently organised for the correct size to be delivered to my home in Edinburgh. Please thank him for me for such a lovely shopping expedition.”

Thank you for your email. We do deliver free of charge and ask customers to cover the cost of return. We have a link on our website to a Royal Mail tracked service for just £3.20.
