“Birkenstocks look fine but surprised to find the price on the box was considerably less than the amount I paid. I guess £72 is the in store price so one does pay for P&P despite website saying that is free.”

“good staff service in store happy to expolore lots of shoe options for my son and then we ordered for delivery as size out of stock in the store but they arrived within two days, so fantastic service all round, the shoes from Startrite seem really well made good leather but then i was gutted as black friday hit the price and i missed out on 20 % off by a whisker, lesson learned black friday applies to school shoes !! who knew !!”

“I shop at Clinks as they have a wide variety of good quality shoes. I live in a town where the last shoe shop recently closed but I was a customer of Clinks long before that. I have to shop online as I just don't get to cities often enough.”

“Good service. I was a little unlucky with the Reiker boots I bought as they came up narrow. I've just returned them at the post office. Cost around £7 to return and hopefully the refund will come through shortly afterwards. I'd buy from Charles Clinkard again but would check the reviews a bit more carefully before I buy. The quality of the service is good though. No complaints”

“After being sold an obviously returned pair of shoes which had an unpleasant odour and damaged box we took them back to the shop and got a refund. Having bought previously from the website we then ordered the same shoes. They arrived quickly in an undamaged box and with the odour of new shoes. The website option is no problem at all. Ordering is easy and the processing very efficient.”
