“Website awful on the day I ordered. I work in digital. It either has serious issues or you you were under a DNS attack. Very hard to pay by any means due to this. I was nervous to proceed with the transaction for fear your site was compromised. Luckily for you I really wanted the shoes, unavailable in that size anywhere else, and persisted for the best part of an hour. Delivery was fabulous.”

“I went to the shop in Warwick. The shop assistant was very helpful and had a lot of patience. I tried on a lot of shoes. I have wide , problem feet and wasn't hopeful I would find something suitable. But she reassured me she would find me something. And she did. the colour I wanted wasn't in stock, but she kindly ordered them for me to be delivered to my home address. I have to say I was very impressed with the fantastic service. Thank you.”

“Recently ordered a pair of sandals. Arrived in a badly damaged box and one shoe dented as a result. Contacted CC - was impressed by their speed of response and apology. Understand the shoes had been sent from a partner supplier. The sandals were lovely and I didnt want to go through the hassle of returning so was offered a courtesy discount to accept them. Nice to find a company with good, responsive customer service - much appreciated. Would have been 5 stars if ther shoes werent damaged by poor packaging.”
