“Loved my shoes, they are soft and comfortable, and I'm very happy with them. No problem with Charles Clinkard at all, only the the delivery company. DPD leave a lot to be desired and as such the shoes did not arrive for the occasion required.”

I apologise if this was not clear when placing your order. If you use the returns portal on our website, you can create a Royal Mail label for £3.20 to give our customers the best price.
