“The order process was fairly straigh forward. Unfortunately my shoes were delivered with a mark on the right shoe. I contacted Customer services and they responded with an sapology and a returns label to return the shoes. I was asked to post them back via Royal Mail, which i did and my replacement pair were sent out the same day.”

“The shoes are excellent but the delivery service from DPD was appalling. They went to the wrong address twice, photographed the wrong house and dishonestly said we were not at home . When it was delivered 3 days late the driver ignored instructions [actually on the packing itself] to leave in the agreed safe place, a custom made box next to where we saw him standing on our footage, and took the parcel away again so I had to drive to collect it. I had paid for express delivery so I had tye shoes for a holiday but they were not delivered in time for that holiday. Utterly unacceptable.”
