“Sadly I had a really poor experience with CC. I have purchased a pair of Birkenstock clogs and waited for ages for the order to be delivered just to be told the shoes were unassailable for some reason (despite my card obv being charged, money taken and a week passed). It just feels like their website is terribly poor otherwise how can you sell a pair of shoes to multiple people? I've received zero compensation from Cst Care just been told sorry and basically "it happens". Well I can assure you this has NEVER EVER happened to me before! Really left a bitter taste esp since the product is now out of stock.”

Unfortunately if another order is placed within that time, the stock is still showing as available. Your order is shown have been placed on the 7th August and we contacted you regarding the stock issue on the 9th.
