“Normally I don't write reviews however, recently I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from Clinkard unfortunately two pairs were unsuitable (for me) However the staff in Shrewsbury are terrific never a problem with a return money returned to your account extremely quickly and just a pleasurable shop to visit. “Visited the shop in Coppergate, York. The staff were freindly and helpful. They didn't have my size in the shies I wanted but I was offeted a similar pair to try for size and fit so that the pair I wanted could be ordered. The very lovely lady assistant then placed the order and printed out a return label in case they weren't suitable. The shoes arrived a few days later (I live in Scotland) and are perfect. Thank you for great service. I wish I had that shop near me.”
