Just bought a pair of shoes and on day they were delivered price went down by £20 !! Would have thought for goodwill if nothing else they would have charged reduced price. Will not buy infuture other than if in a sale !!!!!

I ordered fit flops but wasn’t happy with them as the fit flop logo which was depicted on the side of the sandal I ordered was missing - I rang customer service and the lady was so pleasant and helpful and emailed me a pre paid label to return them.

We are sorry to hear that you will not be ordering from us again, we do offer a free delivery service in the UK but as stated in our terms and conditions, we do ask the customer to cover the cost of returns. This is something that we look at from time to time, the service that we offer with the free delivery is very popular and you can return to store if you have one close to you. I ordered three pairs of Gabor shoes amounting to over £209.00. Three pairs of shoes arrived on time. One pair of shoes arrived in the correct box but the wrong shoes were inside. Rang your offices and all was explained and a return label was sent to me. Returned the incorrect shoes, rang Charles Clinkard and told them I had returned them and so they sent me a further correct pair of shoes. Sadly the delivery, whilst I took time off work, did not arrive when it was promised. I had to ring Charles Clinkard to tell them and they arrived safely the next day. Just inconvenient and another thing to have to organise in a very busy life.

The difficulties started when I tried to get the label for the return of the shoes as neither pair fitted. The sales person was excellent, unfortunately the shoes didn't fit. I got to the end of the returns procedure, confirmed payment to Collect Plus but could not get the label. A member of your Customer Services staff couldn't help, but gave me their 'phone, which is not manned. So I shall have to take to the Post Office and pay again.

This is the third pair of shoes I have bought from you and unfortunately they all went to my friends due to inappropriate sizing. I suggest that each pair of shoes should be labelled by its original size and English size or vice versa.

The shopping experience was fine but the DPS delivery was a let down. I left instructions to leave in a secure place which was ignored . The card left said we will deliver tomorrow, waited in then had a closer look at the card and in smaller writing it said Monday to Friday. Why not leave a weekend card on the Friday that says will deliver Monday. When my item arrived the box was damaged the item was ok but had lost one of the decorative stones which I glued back in place.

Estimated delivery time was met, but it certainly wasn't worth paying for Express Delivery, as the express timeframe is several days and not next working day. Sadly shoes didn't fit my child and so I had to return the shoes via recorded delivery, and at my own expense.

They were ok but had no comfort to wear they had no bounce felt hard . I,also payed a fee for next day delivery but waited days for a email to say they were shipped so really it's not next day delivery

Happy with my purchase but your website isn't very good and had to ring a member of your staff . She was very helpful and located my reward vouchers . This wasn't easy and it should be .

Hello:) if ever asked again in regards to extra charges ..This is what I was charged by Canada Customs .... $22duties $13taxes $10 handling fees . To be exact it was an extra $52.18:( I do love these shoes but see this as way more than I would have paid for the shoes. I just thought I would share this information with you Thank you

The shoes are too big and you have to pay postage to return them. Most companies give free returns these days so I wint be shopping at Charles Clinkard again
