“Excellent customer service returned sandals that I got last summer never worn but just wasn’t sure about the size so got in contact and sent them back for a bigger size as they are now back in stock after the summer , arrived this morning all I can say thank you so much your 365 day returns really does work very happy customer don’t know any other retailer who does this one very happy customer definitely recommend buying your shoes here just so easy 😊😊😊”

“The Velcro had unfortunately started to wear on a pair of kids school shoes I bought in August 24 from the Newcastle store. I decided to take my son back to the same shop to get a new pair of school shoes. I took the old ones with me and showed Bethany the shop assistant in the children’s section. She went to have a check with her manager and looked on their system for our receipt, then kindly told us that we could exchange them free of charge as the Velcro shouldn’t have done that. She was so helpful as we were not expecting to be able to do this. We managed to get the same pair again. The process was hassle free and the service was amazing. This is why we always choose to get our sons shoe schools from here. I would definitely recommend this shop.”
