If an order is not suitable we ask customers to cover the cost of returns postage but offer a Royal Mail label on the returns page of our website for £3.20 to give our customers the best price. Alternatively if you are close to a Charles Clinkard branch, you can return instore. “Bought some trainers for my husband as a Xmas present. They were delivered to my local Charles clinkard shop but they were pinching a bit so changed them in store. The service was excellent, no problems at all and the girls were polite and happy to serve, definitely the best shoe shop in my area, and wouldn't go anywhere else.”
