Thank you for your review. We do deliver free of charge however you can take any returns back to a Charles Clinkard store if you have one close to you. There is also a link on our website where for the reduced cost of £3.20 you can purchase a Royal Mail tracked return label. We hope that this information may help for future reference. “I am absolutely in love with my recent purchase. The boots are so soft and unbelievably comfortable whilst still being very stylish. I have a slightly broader foot but they still fit like they were measured for me. I will be purchasing a second pair in another colour but waiting to see if they appear in a forthcoming sale! Delivery was extremely quick considering the time of the year.”
