“I tried to order a pair of sandals on line. The returning customer page did not recognise my email address and when I tried to register as a new customer I couldn't do this as it said email address already exists. However I phoned Customer Services and ordered my sandals over the phone. The person I spoke to was very helpful and the the sandals were delivered quickly.”

“The first time EVER I have put these shoes on and they fitted perfectly straight away. I’ve had similar by Gabor and those were also comfy, stylish and so easy to wear. Because I’m wearing them everyday, I’m hoping they won’t wear out before I go to Australia in October! A wee bit pricey, but will see if they are still around next year! I have many problems with my feet, so I won’t be attaching any photos! But, I love them.”

“I just bought my second pair of Josef Seibel suede boots they arrived very quickly good fit extremely comfortable and are perfect for diabetics...the purchase was hassle free and l will definitely shop here in future the choice of footwear is brilliant the keep in communication and keep you informed about the delivery I can't remember if they were delivered the day after but maybe the day after that”
