“Ordered my first pair of shoes from Charles Clinkard online as I have difficulty in buying my size in stores. Thoroughly delighted with my purchase. Only downside for me was I prefer to keep my shoes in their original boxes, I won't be able to on this occasion as the couriers have virtually broken it up. Thankfully, my sandals were unharmed.”

“The shoes I ordered online had scuff marks and were returned to my local shop where a very helpful assistant arranged a speedy refund. Whilst in the shop I was able to find a more suitable pair of shoes so, all in all, my shopping experience was quite satisfactory.”

“I have got these sandles in white and they are great so I thought I would buy the same ones in black they are so comfy the only disappointment I had was the box was battered and no tissue around the sandles to stop them moving about and to protect them l keep all my expensive ones in boxes to keep them nice .”
