“Ordering and delivery great. Trying to return an item more difficult. First I tried Yodel and ended up with 2 payments pending. Luckily neither went through. Decided to try Royal Mail and managed to purchase the postage online but had to queue for quite a long time to get it scanned in at the post office. Just hope it gets back to you.”

“Excellent Company, have bought a few pair of shoes over the years. Cannot complain from ordering to receiving. A brilliant service. My only moan is that it costs so much to return items if you want full cover for loss. I had to spend £8.95 to return 1 pair of sandals that were way too big even though they were a 2 1/2 (no smaller size) I just wish the reviews mentioned the sandals came up large.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. One pair arrived promptly but there were difficulties sourcing the other. I was informed immediately and given the choice of cancelling that part of my order.
