“Very speedy turnaround from order to e.mail that goods were on their way. However, the carrier failed to deliver at the time. An e.mail from them said that they could not find the address! We are on a main road, nobody else has problems. I had to travel 7 miles into Shaftesbury, Post Office, to collect 2 days later. Please take this up with the courier.”

“Sandals ordered came quickly. Unfortunately they were very wide and did not seem like an average D. Had to return them as they did not fit most disappointing having to pay return postage. Especially when the shoes were definately a weird fit.Clarks online do free , returns, so I think I will stick to Clark’s shoes in the future.”

“Overall a good experience. My only very slight complaint is that I paid for express shipping and would have expected my boots to have been posted the next day, they weren't sent the following day. However I did receive them within three days. A fairly good website although I emailed about some boots I liked on your New Arrivals page which you don't actually seem to stock and have still not received details about them several weeks later. Saying all that a good company with lovely footwear.”
