“Popped into the Milton Keynes branch on a rainy Weds afternoon and it was busy in the store. However, as soon as she was free, Carolyn came over straight away to offer help and answered some questions regarding the wide fitting of different brands of boots. She explained the sizes and was very quick with fetching the boots I wanted to try on. Nice clean store and had a good choice of boots and shoes on display as I prefer shopping in store rather than online as I like to see, touch and try on products, as well as keep people in a job! Bought 2 pairs of boots and happy with my purchase. Will be back in future.”

“Delivery was atrocious, paid for express delivery, Got a message to say there was a delay, I told them what house number to leave delivery which was acknowledged but they delivered to another house!! Caused a lot of inconvenience.”

“Excellent product. Comfortable and stylish shoes. It was very inconvenient that they were sent by special delivery so a signature was required . The opening hours of our collection point were unexpectedly restricted and I had to make two trips into town. This is completely unnecessary for a pair of shoes does. Most delivery companies use my safe place and save me from this inconvenience”
