“Boots received quickly and well packaged. Boots are very nice, but only wish they were easier to get on and off. At least one zip on one side, instead of elastic webbing on both would have been much better. Hopefully they will become easier with wear.”

“I have purchased severall pairs of shoes from Charles Climkard in the recent past.The sandals that I ordered this time were very good quality but too narrow. I'm now reluctant to purchase from Charles Clinkard, as although I was aware that I would be required to pay the cost of the return I had no idea that this was £11:25 postage using Royal Mail. This all means that I am without a the sandals and £:11:25 worse off.”

Thank you for sharing your review. I’m sorry to hear that the sandals did not meet your expectations. As suggested, we ask customers to cover the cost of returning their order to us. However, we offer a discounted Royal Mail return label through our online returns portal to help keep this cost as low as possible. For future reference, returns can be arranged from as little as £3.20 when using this service. I’m sorry if this option was not utilised on this occasion, but we hope it proves helpful going forward.
