“Box arrived - the shoe box not the parcel box - completely damaged, ripped open. Also hand written sticker on size. It would've been obvious when packing/sending. Very poor. I returned. Also boot quality very poor and thin leather compared to the exact same buttersoft leather boots bought yearly over the past 5 years. Poor communication.”

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear about the damaged box and the issues with the boot quality, as well as the lack of communication. This isn’t the standard we aim for, and I understand how frustrating this must be. Boxes are there to protect the items inside and can get damaged, but could be replaced with a plain box if needed. I am sorry to see the damage on the box you received. We’ll review your order details with our packing and product teams and ask them to be more careful and to prevent it in future. Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that two pairs arrived with colouring issues and that one set was the wrong colour. This is not the standard we aim for. I can understand how disappointing this is, even though the return process was straightforward. Please be assured we’ll review this with our dispatch team to prevent colour mix-ups in future. “I would have loved to have received my item but DPD returned it to you because they failed to deliver even though my mum stayed in waiting. No problem with your company just your couriers, it’s not the first time they have let me down. Will not reorder because I will have the same issue”

“Made first ever order with this Company 3 days ago when I purchased a pair of shoes. Set up an A/C, registered my private details and finally made payment. Received immediate reply thanking me for choosing to shop with them along with expected delivery time frame. 2 days later I received another email informing me that shoes now out of stock. How could anyone place their trust in this inept and unreliable Company having messed up my order @ the first attempt. Their stock software program obviously needs to be to updated as @ time of ordering it indicated that shoes were in fact in stock. Unfortunately my first and last order proved to be a complete waste of time. I strongly do not recommend this unprofessional/unreliable on- line shop. A case of " the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing" TOTALLY AND UTTERLY SHAMBOLIC!! Mr Denis Evans.”

Thank you for your review. We apologise sincerely for your disappointment with regards to your order. Some items are on line only and not in our own warehouse and are dispatched direct from the merchandiser. Unfortunately after your order was placed, they informed us that the item was out of stock and we did have to cancel the order. We do not collect payment until the point of dispatch, so no payment was collected. This is not something that is ideal and we are genuinely sorry that this happened on this occasion. “The slippers I've bought are comfortable with one exeption: their heel is 5 cm which is a little high for a slippers (usually this type of slippers have 4 cm heel). Unfortunately heel height is not mentioned by the discription not only for this model but hardly for any model of slippers on their site.”
