“Staff in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol are attentive and friendly. I returned an unworn pair of boots but forgot to bring in my receipt to the shop. An assistant searched and found my purchase on their system, saving me from going home to fetch it. In exchange, they arranged for a new pair to be delivered to my home. Excellent service! 12 months in which to return unused goods! Good quality, sensible footwear, if not always the most fashionable!”

“Very good service. The option to buy online but return to a Charles Clinkard shop instead of posting is very good. Unfortunately the boots I sent for (which are the same size and style as the ones I already have) were too tight on the ankles and I couldn't get the zips up. I like them so much I wanted a pair for future.”
