“The shoes I liked were only in black so the young lady in the shop where I purchased them, who was very helpful ordered the shoe in brown to be sent to my home address. I received the shoes but one of them has two scratches on the front. I will return them but this could have been avoided if they had been looked at prior to sending out.”
