Hi Tracey, Thank you for your review. We do deliver free of charge, but ask customers to return at their own cost. If an exchange is needed, we again pay the delivery postage to send out the replacement. There is a link on our website where for the reduced cost of £3.20 you can buy a Royal Mail label to either print out, or get a QR code so that the Post Office can post out for you.
