“I was delighted to receive my order ver quickly Unfortunately the sandals did not fit I've always worn size 38 * was surprised to find they were too short in the footed. A larger size would be too big & I'd trip in a 39 So if your getting more returns than expected, please look at your specifications. May be your manufacturer has reduced the footed by literally by a few millimeters. Hope my review is helpful to your marketing team.”

“A very good and helpful service when ordering by phone. A slight problem with paying but this was quickly resolved with a call back from the person taking my order. I was told my delivery would arrive within a few days which it did with no problems. I would definitely use this service again as there was stock available that other outlets I tried did not have and did not offer to try and obtain for me.”

“I am very disappointed to find out on going into the Sheffield store, that it is closing down. I am a loyal customer of nearly 30 years and I have also recomended Clinkards to friends and family around the country. This is another blow to the people of Sheffield, to see yet again another popular store is closing. I do feel that your loyal customers should have been informed of this by post or email, before casually finding out in this way. This would have shown your customers the good service and customer care that we have come to expect and the respect we desearve!”
