“I received my order which was too big (absolutely my fault) but one of the sandals was marked and had obviously been worn or used as a shop try on. I took them back to my local store and managed to get the smaller size. The staff were very helpful and I did point out the signs of wear. I think it’s important not to send out shoes that have been used in the shop, if I was buying from the shop I would have had a choice. I certainly would not have wanted shoes that were marked.”

To provide the largest selection of products, we sometimes source from our shops so cannot guarantee shoes have not been tried on at some point. “I was looking forward to using my 10% off my first order on a pair of Fit Flops, however, when I got to the checkout the code did not work. I spoke with the online customer service lady who told me the 10% off code could not be used on reduced items. The text I got had no small print stating it couldn’t be used on reduced items. I argued my point , however to no avail and wouldn’t have continued with the purchase but I was relying on my purchase to wear at my friend’s funeral last week. I was bitterly disappointed I did not receive my 10% off my first purchase and will not be using this website again because of this. I suggested that they add ‘cannot be used on discounted items’ to the text they send out to lure you in by offering 10% off your first purchase. Very misleading, false advertising and an unhappy customer.”
