“I am very disappointed to find out on going into the Sheffield store, that it is closing down. I am a loyal customer of nearly 30 years and I have also recomended Clinkards to friends and family around the country. This is another blow to the people of Sheffield, to see yet again another popular store is closing. I do feel that your loyal customers should have been informed of this by post or email, before casually finding out in this way. This would have shown your customers the good service and customer care that we have come to expect and the respect we desearve!”

“My visit to your store in The Mall, Bristol was a delight from start to finish, being greeted as soon as the doors opened. I received dedicated care from a delightful young lady who listened carefully to my requirements and sought out various models of sandals. I bought two pairs of sandals and a cleanng kit for each. A great start to the day for each of us. My sandals are blissfully comfortable.”

“I bought a pair of black gabor sandals size 6.5 ànd ordered the same pair size 7 in store to check fitting. They arrived promptly but were unfortunately silver so I had to go back to store, a journey of 11 miles to take them back for a refund .”
