“Took a little while for shipping but the product was well-packaged and was in practically pristine condition. The left shoe may have been tried on once as had the slight sign of horizontal break of the tarsal bend on the leather but they’d soon develop with use anyway, so wasn’t overly concerned. Shoes are high quality (as ever with Gabor shoes), comfortable and just as in pictures, so very pleased with my purchase and service received overall.”

“I ordered a pair of Joseph Seibel shoes from CC. The delivery arrived on time.The shoes were too small so I returned them using the returns label the next day. I have a receipt from the Post Office to support the return. I have heard nothing from CC to acknowledge that I have returned the shoes and requested another pair. At the same time I ordered a pair of Seibel ankle boots. These did not arrive. A week after wondering where the boots were I contacted CC to see what had happened. Apparently the supplier had ‘mis addressed ‘ the boots and they had been delivered elsewhere and there were no more boots left. CC apologised and refunded the cost of the boots. So, I then went to the Joseph Seibel website, found the boots in my size, £30.00 cheaper. I ordered them on Monday and they will arrive today. I will now have to chase up whether to ascertain whether CC have received the returned Seibel shoes. (Arrived 2nd Oct, returned 3rd Oct, receipt in my possession)I think this has been a series of avoidable mistakes. I’ll be in contact am with CC again today.,o”

I am glad our Customer Service Team were prompt in your refund and you were able to source your shoes from elsewhere. I can also confirm we received your return of the Josef Seibel shoes and a full refund was processed. I sincerely apologise if you were not notified of this, I know it is concerning waiting for a refund but please be assured this order has been refunded in full as of the 8th October. “Remonte Patter Women’s Trainers Black, size 41. Lovely, smart trainer and very comfortable. I normally wear an 8 (42) but had to exchange for a smaller size as the 8 was far too big. They are a standard width fitting which is great for me as I don’t have wide feet. I like the gold detailing which dresses them up a bit. As usual brilliant fast delivery and DHL kept me updated with times. Great service!”
