“Should have gone to EBay ! That way when the shoes arrived I would not have been surprised had they been worn. The shoes are lovely however on the box there was a promotional sticker on the box the right shoe has a poorly pulled sticker on the inside as for the left shoe that had clearly been worn looks like it’s been a try on shoe the right shoe had the same crease marks but not as visible. I got them on next day was fine. I haven’t returned them as I bought them for an outfit which they were a perfect fit. However it’s very disappointing for a first time buyer”

“Just recieved a pair of Lerpy 56 Brown size 45 I have aleady owned a pair for a couple of years and they are the MOST comfortable walking shoes. Put the new pair on and they fit fabulously. Wish I could buy them instead of ordering from England getting them delivered to a friend who then forwards them to me here in Australia.”

“It is just a shame that we have to pay for returns. Most shops don't do that these days. Shoes are difficult to fit and we have to try them at home before deciding whether to buy them or not, so it would help to have free returns. As I live in Birmingham, I have to go all the way to Stratford-upon-Avon which is not easy at times.”

“You only supply the pikolinos in full sizes. for me size 10 is too big and size 9 is too small. I have had to return the shoes twice now. I will retry size 10 with insoles. Shame you don't do 9 1/2!”
