“On the whole my experience was OK albeit the item I ordered was not the item that was delivered, however, the item delivered was also a bag I had looked at so in all it was a huge disappointment even though I preferred the item I had ordered. Delivery was as said it would be. I would, however, order from this company again the constant updates on delivery were very helpful, I would recommend the company to friends and family.”

“Yeah pretty good but I find your ‘365 day, hassle free returns’ wording annoying. I don’t mind paying for returns but I find it deliberately misleading. Also the returns link on your document was no longer correct.”

“Have bought from this company before so was happy to place an or again. However this time I paid for normal postage which was cheaper. The courier was the post office. As does happen the parcel arrived a day early and was informed by the post office of deliver day. Then much to my surprise a day later received a message to say it couldn't deliver as it had to be a day later by instructions of the supplier. All I could think of is WHAT …………. Though very pleased with the product.”

“The process was reasonably easy, I'm not good with tec. The shoes arrived quickly. It was really helpful to me that they gave a 4 hour window for them to arrive. I had to return a pair & had to pay £10.50 for returned tracking, which was a bit to high I thought ( the shoes were over £100)”

“Lovely shoes in a nice colour of dark blue. I’ve been after some like this for ages in patent. They are timeless. The right shoe slips off when walking, so I’ve had to pop in a gel sole, the heel grip didn’t work. Otherwise perfect, it’s probably just my feet!🤫”

“Prompt delivery. Second pair of boots arrived but had obviously been tried on before and consequently not packaged as nicely as first pair ordered, zips not done up and no packing in boots to keep shape. Kept both pairs but a bit disappointed in second packaging.”
