“I have ordered from CC before and not had any problems but recently I received my order and while the box indicated that the contents contained the sandals that I had ordered in fact they were the wrong sandals in the wrong size and sandals that did not appear on the website. I contacted CC, was told that they would contact the suppliers of the sandals to find out what went wrong and be in touch with me, was sent a returns label and 2 days later I received an email informing me that they had received the incorrect sandals and a refund had been issued. Just over a week later I have not heard from CC regarding the sandals that I ordered.”

“I have always found Clinkard's shoes to be of good quality at reasonable prices. The online service was good, sadly let down by DPD delivery service who delivered my order to the wrong address. With the help of Clinkard's customer services who established where the DPD driver was likely to have left my order I managed to get my order. Luckily the occupant at the address where my parcel was left was honest and had also tried to deliver it to me. This is one of the disadvantages of online shopping. My wife however loves her new Gabor trainers.”

“On the whole my experience was OK albeit the item I ordered was not the item that was delivered, however, the item delivered was also a bag I had looked at so in all it was a huge disappointment even though I preferred the item I had ordered. Delivery was as said it would be. I would, however, order from this company again the constant updates on delivery were very helpful, I would recommend the company to friends and family.”
