“Arrived on time very pleased with the shoes I love the shoes wore them yesterday, and they were so uncomfortable as they are a bit tight, which means I can't walk far in them, so I can only wear them if I am sitting around !!!!!!!!”

“very helpful and patient attention from the lady who took my online order as I am not experienced at buying this way. I am a regular customer at the Stratford on Avon Clinkards shop where all the assistants are friendly and very helpful with my purchases.My fave shoe shop!”

“I have used this site a few times now, however my last order, i recieved the order confirmation from the site. And was told it would take a few days to be delivered. And to expect a tracking number from their courier. I never recieved a tracking number from the courier. I only found out days later it had been delvered to the wrong house and the person that recieved it kindly brought it to me.”

“Very comfortable with great detailing. I love the colour and style. My only concern are the zips, which tend to be a bit stiff. I'm reluctant to use the zips as much as I dont want them to break. Ive tried to free up the zip by use but they are still a bit stiff. Otherwise I'm very happy with quality, style and comfort.”

“I paid for next day delivery for my ankle boots, but they did not arrive the next day, so I emailed customer services and they refunded my delivery charge straight away. The boots are a tan colour with a black toe and they look lovely, they are comfy and well made.”

“Good information about delivery arrangements. Delivery advice telling me when to expect my parcel to be delivered was clear, although only told me it would arrive on Wednesday or Thursday. Delivery arrived on the Wednesday which was great.”

“Pleased with the trainers. However when I ordered them online I wasn’t made aware there was a slight defect in them When I opened parcel one trainer had a red arrow sticker pointing to a deep crease on the outer of the left shoe. I have kept them as they are comfortable and I’ve bought them before in black. I think in future you need to make customers aware if there is a flaw in product.”
