“Your Babette boots, I love them to bits (literally) - but they squeak SUCH a lot on hard surfaces. My new pair seems to squeak more than ever. Is there anything you can do in the manufacture, or I can do to them now, to make walking around less deafening? Thank you!”

“It is just a shame that we have to pay for returns. Most shops don't do that these days. Shoes are difficult to fit and we have to try them at home before deciding whether to buy them or not, so it would help to have free returns. As I live in Birmingham, I have to go all the way to Stratford-upon-Avon which is not easy at times.”

“Purchased 2 pairs of shoes. Received in good time. The Lunar St Ives has really soft leather. Unfortunately the Jana ballet pump is too loose so will be returning for refund”

“You only supply the pikolinos in full sizes. for me size 10 is too big and size 9 is too small. I have had to return the shoes twice now. I will retry size 10 with insoles. Shame you don't do 9 1/2!”
