“Easy to order and parcels arrived in reasonable time. I have knocked 1 star off because 2nd parcel arrived a day later than the first with no warning/communication regarding its shipping.”

“Easy to use website, good communication re the first pair of shoes with delivery by courier but my order was split into 2 deliveries, the second I was only aware of when I received a email from Royal Mail advising delivery that day. Would have preferred one delivery with advise of dispatch etc.”

“Ordered 2 pairs of sunny loafers. Arrived promptly. Sadly had to return both pairs as neither fitted. Shoes looked to be good quality so disappointed. Pity company does not stock wide fit.”

“Ordered wrong size shoes, customer services were great. Easy returns Unfortunately, as well as me ordering the wrong size the shoes had obviously been worn! they had dirty soles and heels! Came in a plain box and no tissue paper. Absolutely no problems with any of my other orders. I have always been more than satisfied with the service.”

“A few members of th efamily clubbed together to get a certain pair of trainers for my daughter for her birthday. She had hinted. I paid for express delivery to make sure that they came in time. They did by the sking of their teeth. Unfortunately there was a large black scuffed mark on the edge/sid eof the sole, that wouldn't clean off. My doughter took them back to the shop, They didn'y have any more th esame so she paid extra for a different pair. CC refunded the cost into my account & I transferred it to my daughter. Such a shame that they didn't refund the payment for express delivery of a pair of trainers that had to be returned. Sort of ruined the experience”

“I did, unfortunately, have to return the Gabor trainers that I'd ordered from Charles Clinkard as they were too small. I can, jhowever, highly commend Charles Clinkard on a quick delivery and an even swifter acknowledgement of my return.”
