“Good Service but to narrow , I have been a 42(8) all my life why is it that now it says a 41(7) is now the new 8 is this cut backs on fabric I’ve never been a 9 ( which they say a 42 is) so if I am a 9 is a 9 now the new 10 !!”

“I ordered a pair of shoes that turned out to be too tight. I returned the shoes and as soon as they had arrived at Charles Clifford, I was sent an acknowledgement email to that effect. Wonderfull service in a very competative market!”

“My shoes arrived in good time and are exactly as described. I have the same shoe already in a different colour so knew what to expect and that they would fit. Got a courtesy call from the local store I was collecting them from - pick up was easy. Staff are polite and courteous.”
