“Recently ordered a pair of sandals. Arrived in a badly damaged box and one shoe dented as a result. Contacted CC - was impressed by their speed of response and apology. Understand the shoes had been sent from a partner supplier. The sandals were lovely and I didnt want to go through the hassle of returning so was offered a courtesy discount to accept them. Nice to find a company with good, responsive customer service - much appreciated. Would have been 5 stars if ther shoes werent damaged by poor packaging.”

“Happy with the sandals I purchased I bought two colours and I am in between sizes so order a 5 and 6 so I can exchange in the shop the only thing is you can’t exchange only refund and repurchase so with that I lost my discount on one pair of sandals that was my only disappointment otherwise very good”
