Shoes arrived but all took too long

Dear Anonymous Thankyou for your review. Our standard delivery option is free and dispatched within 5 working days. This does not include weekends, your shoes were sent on the fourth working day. The reason for this delay is we source items from stores and the warehouse, if we do not have the stock available in our warehouse we request a pair be sent in from another location. This can add a couple o days on to the dispatch time. I am sorry you felt the time they took to arrive was too long however hope you will place future orders with our selves in the future. Dear Mary, Thankyou for your review. We are sorry to hear you feel your sandals were not in perfect condition. Items are sourced from our stores as well as the warehouse, we cannot guarantee they have not been tried on or on display however this should not affect the quality of the sandals you received. If the items have not been worn outside, we have a 35 days return policy and would be happy to receive these back and arrange a refund or an exchange. I am very pleased with my shoes but I was not too happy about the the time it took to deliver them, 8 days after the order was placed.

Dear Shirley, Thankyou for your review. We offer a standard delivery service which is dispatched within 5 working days. On checking your order, which was placed prior to the weekend we sent this out on the Wednesday via Royal Mail. We are sorry this took longer than expected, items are sourced from additional areas other than the warehouse and the time taken to transport these into our main office will add time on to the dispatch time for the order. Lovely birkenstock but sadly they had to go back! Im a little disapointed that the girls Birkenstocks description didnt say that they were the Narrow fit! Childrens birkenstocks come in a regular fit and narrow fit but when i went into store the lady didnt know this and said they only stock one fit which in fact is the narrow fit! (If you look on the official Birkenstock website it states the two fits and which is reg fit and narrow fit by the foot symbols that is on the inside of the sole)

1,Process of buying product(Merrel sandals) was easy. 2,Able to buy through Amazon Pay. 3, E-mail communication excellent re all processes....even Return. 4,Return and Refund process easy APART from having to pay!! This Did Not make me happy! I was surprised and disappointed that i had to pay to return (£3.90 2nd class). 5, I was Not Happy with sandals. They were extremely small for a size 6(39) and they looked "shop worn".

The sandals I ordered were described as wide. They certainly are not wide....the quality of the leather was doubtful. I have returned them. Also the sandals appeared in your sale a few days after I ordered them at £30 off the price.

Good service. Good price. Swift delivery. However, I ordered 2 pairs of the same shoes in different colours. 1 pair were new and unused. The second pair were in a different box, had no spare laces and no tags. The laces had knots along their length. The soles were scuffed. Clearly a return. A bit disappointing, but so comfy I kept them anyway.

I was delighted to get the shoes I was looking for as I couldn't get a pair In Ireland,however I was disappointed with the delivery charge to ireland thought it was too expensive

Unfortunately the wrong shoe size was sent. Quick response when I emailed about the problem though. Shoes returned for a refund as same shoes now available cheaper in the correct size. Quick and polite responses via email.

I gave only 3 stars for this reason The service in terms of keeping me informed of where my order was etc. was faultless - it arrived exactly within the hour I was told it would - I have no complaints there. However the shoes did not fair so well - unfortunately they were too small - but even if they hadn't been I would have sent them back - they were not in good condition, the suede marked and the soul of the shoe had the lining removed where a previous sale sticker had obviously been. These shoes were in the sale but still £65 compared to £85 so not bargain basement. A little more QC on what is being sent would have led to less disappointment.

I had a day you were delivering I made arrangements for courier to leave my parcel as o had an appointment I came home with a card on the floor saying they would deliver the next day no delivery I rang the company and they said they don't deliver saturday it would have to be Monday ok by lunchtime I phoned and they said they tried to deliver it at 10 am and no answer I said myself and my cleaner was here my cleaner was outside at 10 o'clock tidied my front the person I spoke to phoned the driver and he said he would come back with my parcel he came back in the afternoon the lady I spoke to said the driver tried to deliver my parcel 3 times I shop on line all the time I know my parcel men asos Amazon river island Argos I will not be using your delivery service again the driver could not be bothered the Friday when I should have had the parcel he took a photo of my door and I left a message to say to leave parcel or leave it with my neighbour and I had too much hassle over my delivery Mrs e Devine

Interlink are an excellent courier service who have the one hour time slot and safe place options available to the parcel recipients and we are sorry your instructions were not followed. We do have alternative options available for delivery such as Royal Mail, UK Mail and you can also choose Collectplus when placing your order which is were you select s local store with thi option to obtain your items at your convenience. Dear Ellen, Thankyou for your review. Express delivery is dispatched within 2-3 working days and does not include a Saturday or a Sunday. If the items requested are not in our warehouse then we ask fr this to be transported in and this can cause a small delay on a customer order. Your parcel was sent on the third working day and we are sorry you were disappointed with this service. We offer a free standard delivery which is dispatched within 5 working days and additionally a Next Day service which is £5.99 per item and is available if the stock is in the main warehouse.
