The trainers arrived on time but the quality was poor & the pattern/marking on the front of the shoe didn't match - looked like odd shoes! Needless to say, they were returned.

I received the shoes one size 9 and one size 10, phoned up and still waiting for a returns label but staff were helpful and returned to the Redcar store. Shoes look smart for the price

Shoes arrived nice and quickly but wouldnt recommend to use online as returns are not free. With something like shoes, where different styles fit differently, returns are likely. Shoes too wide for daughter but correct size out of stock so hving to return and re-buy elsewhere. Expensive way to try on shoes.

Deliveries are free and we find that this benefits more customers than offering free returns, we do have shops where you can take returns back if you prefer or have a link on our website where several pair can be returned together at a cost of only £4.09 in total. Website very easy to use however delevery was very slow.Nice slippers,They have been worn,to wide and to big returned 4 a refund not true to size

My online order proceeded fine until the section, I think it was, Register for Online security. I did not complete this as I thought it was optional. However, my attempts to proceed to the Checkout were futile. I gave up and telephoned my order which took no time at all, friendly and efficiently. Any future orders will be given by 'phone.

Postman left the parcel in garden wasn't impressed as I was in all day an the door bell didn't ring all day either!! Such a expensive part of boots to be left outside is not acceptable...

This is unusual for Royal Mail as they require a customers signature or will leave a card to advise they can redeliver of the item can be collected from the local Delivery Office. Please be assured we will raise this issue with them. We do offer alternative delivery options including Interlink who will leave in a safe place( if instructed) and will also text/email with an hours delivery slot so you know when your parcel is arriving. We also offer delivery to a local store if you are near to one and Collectplus is an additional option where your item is sent to a drop off point selected by our customer. Although I got my shoes, eventually, I was not aware that I had to wait for a phone call to inform me when my shoes were in the designated shop. Apart from thatr I still fins it unusal buying Clarks shoes from Clinkards cheaper than at Clarkes, but more full them.

Requested delivery to neighbour, this was not done. Card stating I had missed delivery pushed into back door, not even delivered through post box in front door. It was very windy day so exceedingly lucky it did not blow away. Had to arrange delivery to local shop

Delivery was a little slow, but otherwise I was very pleased with Clinkard service. Unfortunately I have to return my purchase as the boots were a tad tight accross the width.

Very pleased with Rieker ankle boots - they fit like a glove. Not happy with delivery. At no point was I warned that a signature would be needed. I leave my porch unlocked with a sign saying, 'Please leave parcels in this porch.' I got home to a card saying my parcel had been returned to the post office in Houghton le Spring! This involved me in an 8 mile return trip to collect it. If I had known this I would have changed the delivery address and saved myself the hassle of having to collect it.

Hello, Thankyou for your feedback Royal Mail will ask for a signature when leaving a parcel and will not leave items in places such as porches/sheds etc and will take the item back to the delivery office leaving a card to advise the customer. We also use Interlink who are happy to leave items in a safe place/neighbour and will also offer an hours slot as to when to expect delivery, when you place a future order you can certainly request this as an alternative. Great shoes and good prices, however was dissapointed that after buying shoes online I received a call that they are out of stock evet though it was written low stock and still ley me buy it

Low stock means we have 3 pairs or less and although the stock information is updated daily we cannot guarantee availability as we may have sold the stock in one of our stores in the meantime. Boots were a lovely colour but size 6 was too big (my normal size) and felt uncomfortable, also the boot was more pointed than expected.

Order took longer than I thought to arrive, I had hoped it would arrive before Christmas. When I did finally get my boots they were too big so I had to send them back.

Our cutoff for guaranteed Christmas delivery was midnight on the 19th December 2015 and unfortunately as we source stocks from our stores as well as the main warehouse this can cause a delay. The item that I bought was fine. Using the site to make my order was a disaster. I saw the item (slippers) but the site would not let me put in my address & then it never let me pay. I got so angry that I ended up picking up the phone & ordering it that way. Your Website ordering is rubbish as far as I am concerned & I shall never use it again. It was not me as it just would not come up with the next stage to proceed to. Not a good experience.

I was satisfied with prompt free delivery. However even though boots were advertised as wide fitting they did not fit and I had to pay £8.50 to return them. This has made me think hard about buying footwear on line ever again.

Size is a very individual to a person and it may be this style is not suited to you and I am sorry you were disappointed. My boots took longer than I thought to be dispatched before even being out for delivery. The buckle broke on the first day of wearing them so I had to send them back and am currently waiting (again!) for another pair to be sent out to me. Beginning to wish I had just gone to shop and bought some from somewhere else...... However, the lady I spoke to on the phone was helpful and apologetic
