Very poor, right shoe was badly damaged and had a red sticker in it stating a further 20% off for I assume the damage. I had in fact paid full price. Complained and did not get a satisfactory response so complained again and got no resonse! Poor shoes n poor service

The product was in our sale and not at its full price however although we source items from our warehouse and stores, they may have been tried on or on display. The colour was coral and I ordered an orange. Kept the sandals as my daughter liked them but they do not match with her swimwear which was my intention.

We ordered online as the shoes were not available in store in my size. Due to them being too narrow for my feet I need to return and I’ve been asked to pay to return them recorded delivery. I would not do any further online purchases with this company.

Our standard delivery is free on the UK and with no minimum spend , we ask customers to pay towards the cost of the return. Returns can be made via the following methods: Post Office-there are many different services available however we do recommend a tracked service for your reassurance. Collectplus-This is £4.49 and allows up to 10KG in weight to be included, this is idela for larger items and convenient especially due to the number of stores around the country which offer drop offs. Store-If near to a store, you can take in your shoes within 35 days unworn and in resaleable condition for a refund or an exchange. We appreciate all feedback from our customers as we can then see the different level of service our customers receive. I was sold a pair of children's skechers which they knew there was a design fault in as admitted by the manager on my return one week later. They gave me an old model with a known fault when they had the new model in stock and they also knew (at that point) that I was from out of town with two small children. On return of the shoes there was no apology and they made me go and find a cashpoint woth two small children to get the two pounds difference in the price of the models. Very bad PR - I will be telling everyone I meet not to go there for children's shoes as they do not care about their customers.

All was well with my purchase as usual,but, the shoes I ordered were too narrow if you stock an E fitting they will be fine otherwise always happy with all my purchases,will be ordering again soon.best wishes.Drieda Wilson

The label for delivery is printed using the address provided by the customer and is not amended or changed by our dispatch team. The parcel left the UK without incurring any issues, but the Postal Service in Saudi Arabia were unable to successfully deliver the parcel and subsequently it was returned to us. Your website kept crashing while I was processing my order. I did use the webchat which was semi helpful - as they advised that my first order had not gone through fully and I could finalise it on a phone call. I never made the phone call but just re-ordered the following day and I only ever received 1 confirmation of order but ended up receiving 2 separate orders which meant I had to return one of the packages at my own expense. I shop on the internet all of the time and this was one of my worst experiences which is a shame because I love the shoes.

unfortunatly I received the wrong item, after being recommended by friends a complete different shoe arrived, u asked for me then to send a pic of what shoe I received, not being that computer savvy I couldn't be bothered with all that so I sent them back without re ordering but did receive prompt re fund

I ordered a a pair of shoes child’s size 12G from the website and paid for next day delivery. When they arrived they were 12F I was sent a returns label as the website details were wrong and 12G was not stocked. However I was only refunded the price of the shoes and not the next day delivery charge. I was charged for a mistake the company made.

I ordered my daughter a pair of shoes in her size, but the sizing of the shoes was completely 'off'. I'm angry that I had to pay £4.50 to return them, when this was clearly not my fault. She is a size 11 in every other shoe. The shoes were far too narrow and about 1cm to short.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately fit is a very personal thing with regards to shoes and with many Companies making shoes, the sizes are a guide and not guaranteed as they may differ slightly. However shoes should not be this much smaller and I have added notes to your order to have the size checked when they come back in. If a discrepancy is found we will contact you at this time. Ordered pair of Rieker Boots clearly shown in stock at sale price. Following day received phone call to say that they had been sold and could not be delivered so refund given. Very disappointing outcome for such a reputable ?? company !! Showed as cancelled ( not by me)

We are sincerely sorry that this has happened, we do try to take an item off our website before it is out of stock, but sometimes during a sale, stock can outstrip demand and we get the odd order where we are unable to fulfil the item. We always let the customer know if this is the case and apologise if this does happen. If you place an order using a credit or debit card, no payment is taken until the point of dispatch, but if PayPal or Amazon payment has been used, we refund immediately we become aware. This doesnt happen often, but once again, I express our apologies as a Company that this has happened on this occasion and hope that it will not put you off ordering again in the future. Hello, Thankyou for your review. When a product is low in stock, the availaibilty will be less than three pairs and as we also sell via stores we cannot guarantee a pair will be available. On this occasion we were unable to fulfill one item and had thoroughly checked throughout the company to ensure this. Your other pair was available to us however additional time was added as we need to transport the item into our main dispatch area and we are sorry for the delay. Our standard delivery is up to 5 working days and the order we sent to you was processed on the 4th day and also sent on the quickest service available. We do have faster options such as Express which is dispatched within 3 working days and is £2.99 or a Next Day service at £5.99. I bought online a pair of Gabor shoes, a brand I buy regularly, to find the the size I also normally buy didn't fit me - I couldn't even get the shoe on. To return them, I had to pay £4.49. I have used Collectplus many times, its an excellent service, but I've never had to pay before so I didn't even think to look at the fine print in the policy. I won't be buying online from this store again.

Order process was good. Staff member that took the order was helpful. Delivery timeframe was good. I was very surprised at the state of the shoes when I opened the packaging. I purchase Gabor shoes at full price from the high street, on a regular basis. They are always well protected with tissue and in perfect condition. In fact, the shoes I ordered, I have in black currently, purchased from the high street at full price. On receipt of package, sounded like there was no protection with tissue, shoes were moving around within the box. On opening the box, there was one small narrow sheet of tissue across the centre of the shoes, which was loose and did not protect the shoes in transit. They are scratched and also covered in very greasy finger marks. I don't know how many people had handled the shoes, but there was not a patch that was not covered in very greasy finger marks. They were received in a disgusting state. I tried with a soft cloth on one shoe to remove the finger prints, but they are not coming off easily. I will have to take to a shoe repair shop to have them buffed, as I think this is the only way to remove the grease marks. It probably will not remove the scratches from lack of packing protection! I haven't even tried them on, they are sitting back in the box in my hall! I appreciate they were at sale price, but how can you allow shoes to be poorly packed, handled in such a way and sent in this condition? Do you not receive to send out from the manufacturers? If so, they would have been in excellent condition and well packed! I am not returning and paying for recorded delivery out of my own pocket. I will have to put up with it and pay a shoe repair company to try and make them look as they should be, new shoes! Shame, I was going to order a suede pair I had seen on your website, but not now. Can you imagine covered in grease and no tissue protection in transit on suede! Please review how your shoes are handled and sent out. I still don't understand why they would be handled, surely they should be packed from manufacturer already. Please investigate.
