Excellent products and fast delivery. Unfortunately the boots did not fit right so had to return and waiting on refund. Would definitely order from this company again.

Both myself and my husband can always find the right footwear at your stores. The staff are friendly and helpful and it is good that you can order the correct size when not in stock, or order on-line.

Was always my favourite shoe shop in medowhall Sheffield, ordered two pairs of boots on line but unfortunately had to send one pair back, I found it quite easy and appreciate the reduced return postage.

It was a very disappointing experience for us, being a sincere customer since 2019. I bought a formal shoes from Charles Clinkard, Nottingham. I did not get the shoes of my size from the shop, and hence ordered online (paid 65 pounds) as per the advice of the representative, whom I believe is the store manager. We received the shoes at my residence, and after trying, it was really uncomfortable and caused pain to my foot. Hence, went to the store to check for my options to return or get a replacement. From here, the disappointment started. When we entered the store and explained the situation, the store representatives were so rude, especially the manager. I tried to explain my situation with the shoes, and she told me it can't be replaced since it is worn. After wearing it, the pain was continuous and understood it can't be used as it will cause damage to my foot. I really thought that Charles Clinkard would take up my issue and react positively, as I was genuinely explaining my situation. And I understood that you should not be genuine; instead, you try to fake things up, give false details, and get the refund. We were really disappointed with the attitude of the store manager and representatives, as they showed no empathy, instead trying to send us out of the store without giving any solution. My wife bought a pair of boots for 80 pounds from the same store a couple of days before. I am frustrated and disappointed with this incident, and I thought of updating the management regarding the issue. It is very important to educate your employees to treat customers with empathy instead of enforcing the company policy with a direct 'No'. The issue would have sorted if they had offered me a pair of replacement shoes for the current shoes, which I could never use. I lost 65 pounds on this, and Charles Clinkard lost a customer since 2019.
