“Unfortunately my order arrived and the shoes were of very poor quality for Gabor. I returned them immediately stating my concerns on the form, but to date have not received a reply explaining the reason for them to be sub-standard.”

Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear that the quality of the Gabor shoes did not meet your expectations. These style does have a softer feel and some are made of a high quality high tec material rather than leather due to the make up of the shoe. We apologise sincerely for your disappointment. “I have always found staff at Charles Clinkard Nottingham very welcoming & helpful. Yesterday I needed extra help because for a painful sole issue. Yvette (the manager) & Liahna spent a long time helping to choose the correct style of shoes to help with the condition. Yvette seemed very knowledgeable about foot issues & was able to pinpoint the exact reason for my pain.”

Finding they had none in stock of the required size the very pleasant and efficient assitants in the shop immediately ordered me another pair which was delivered to my home two days later.
