“I bought a pair of Ravel sandals online at Charles Clinkard - they were £37 compared to a large well-known retailer who were selling them for £75. Plus there was no delivery charge as I collected them from a local branch. They were in within two days - an added advantage re collecting them is that I could try them and if they were not suitable I could have returned them then with an instant refund. Cannot fault them at all.”

These style does have a softer feel and some are made of a high quality high tec material rather than leather due to the make up of the shoe. We apologise sincerely for your disappointment. “I have always found staff at Charles Clinkard Nottingham very welcoming & helpful. Yesterday I needed extra help because for a painful sole issue. Yvette (the manager) & Liahna spent a long time helping to choose the correct style of shoes to help with the condition. Yvette seemed very knowledgeable about foot issues & was able to pinpoint the exact reason for my pain.”
