“Having suffered a disastruous order for shoes on line, I visited Charles Clinkard in Chichester and found the shoes I needed but in the wrong size. The delightful asistant said the right size could be ordered and and hey presto! the right shoes arrived and are perfect. Through Mova shoes there is no way of returning the faulty shoes and all is a hassle.........so thank you to Charles Clinkard for making so easy to order and if necessary to return. The shoes are exactly what I was looking for.”

“I always buy Reiker and sent for a pair of sandals in the pink colour . I already had the same in blue .so expected the same quality but they were nowhere near the same. The blue were a sturdy leather but these were more flimsy . The straps were not leather . The beigh part looks a bit grubby . I did ring up and stress my disappointed but I needed them to take on holiday the following day . Lorna Pudge”

“I visited a shop a few weeks ago & after telling the assistant about problems I had with my feet she advised which footwear would be suitable. I came away with a lovely pair of sandals, they are so comfortable and it's great to be able to wear something other than trainers. I've since bought the same ones in the sale in a different colour. I will most certainly be going back to this shop for my next pair of shoes.”

“My favourite shoe shop. The shop or the online could n’t be better. I am sad that the Meadow Hall shop is closing but I hope I can still order on line. Deliveries are very quick and if you make a return money is repaid speedily. Wonderful shoe shop that sell good quality shoes.”

“Advertised as wide fit on website , standard fit sent , box arrived like a car crash ! Called to say wrong size sent and was dismissed by we don’t stock them in wide event though website said they were , said would send returns label out , nothing sent , called again two days later to be told no notes on my order at all , very poor service !”

“Bought partner a lovely pair if Bugatti shoes. They look smart and are very comfortable on, he's only worn them twice and stitching has come away on both shoes. I was asked to give a review but I sent an email explaining the stitching had come away and I have had no response. The price of the shoes I wouldn't expect both shoes to have issues.”
