What swung it for me was that I have bought things from Charles Clinkard before for me and pairs of school shoes for our five children. Always good service in the shop. The 20% discount made the decision a no-brainer!”

Thank you for your review. We often have discount codes on our website for existing customers. A new customer registering with us can get a 10% discount when they sign up. I can see that you are a regular customer and were indeed entitled to your 20% discount which I have refunded for you today. You just needed to add the code given when yu placed the order. You also have a loyalty voucher worth £12 which can be used against any order, it was valid when this order was placed, if you would like to use it we can refund the £12 for you and cancel the voucher for you. Please let us know if you would like us to do this for you. It is valid until 30/04/2026 and we can provide the number if you would like to keep it for a future order.
